Senior promotion strengthens C5 Alliance’s Project Delivery team in Guernsey
C5 Alliance, which forms part of BDO in Jersey, creating the Channel Islands’ largest advisory and technology solutions provider, is continuing to invest in its people and grow its team with a key appointment in Guernsey. Sarah Barthram has been appointed the Head of Project Delivery. This appointment reflects the growing demand from clients to progress their digital transformation strategies.
Sarah has over 14 years’ experience in the financial services industry, working at Lloyds Banking Group in the U.K. Here she held several senior leadership positions within the Group Transformation division. Sarah has significant experience of delivering change, including leading the organisational redesign and restructure of 1,500 people as part of an ambitious digital and cultural transformation programme. She has also spent several years leading project management and proposition development within IT and the business side of change. Sarah will use her experience in change delivery and business transformation to provide a best-in-class project delivery service to C5’s clients.
Sarah is extremely passionate about inclusion, especially gender equality. She chaired the role model programme of the largest women’s network in the UK, reaching 15,000 members and driving collaborations with external networks such as Digital Leaders and Women in Banking and Finance.
In her new role, Sarah will work within C5’s Senior Leadership Team to lead the Guernsey team of Change Managers, Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver its clients change agenda. Sarah is enthusiastic about technology and people development which she will use to positively impact the C5 team and its clients.
