C5 Alliance improve training department through new partnership
C5 Alliance has joined forces with local workplace skills and digital training provider, ALX Training, to boost its training delivery to staff and clients.
ALX Training will replace C5’s existing internal Training Department, boosting the number of C5 Trainers from two, to seven team members. The partnership will have a positive impact for C5 clients, with ALX working closely with C5’s Consultants to develop a full understanding of client technology solutions before creating bespoke training packages that will help them get the most from their workplace tools.
The introduction of the ALX team means the former C5 Head of Training, Anna Philpot, will refocus as a Developer at C5.
Managing Director of C5 Alliance, Rob Leader, commented:
“Our partnership with ALX Training is a winning collaboration, combining Jersey’s best digital solutions with the very best training services available. It was a logical decision to join forces so that the quality of our training could reflect our technology delivery. We always provide training for clients when implementing solutions and this partnership will allow us to deliver training in a way that is much more efficient and sustainable in the long-term.
While the change means that the ALX team will effectively replace our Training Department, I’m thrilled that our former Head of Training, Anna, will be staying with us and refocusing her career as a Developer, adding to the growing number of female coders working in the Island’s digital sector.”
Managing Director of ALX Training, Alex Morel, commented:
“C5 are at the forefront of technological innovation, making this a fantastic opportunity for our organisation. Working alongside C5’s Consultants, our trainers will be able to train on the very latest software and platforms to develop and deliver training that is designed specifically for each client. This will enable members of staff to use their software effectively, helping the business to maximise the return on their technology investments.”
