For those candidates switching from another career or just leaving education, its not always clear from the outset which path they should follow so we offer strategic career support, and provide mentoring through our AMP programme on the organisation’s goals and objectives, allowing employees to appreciate where they fit and why they matter.

Corporate & Social Events

We aim to help integrate new starters into the culture of our workplace through informal social events and we have a quarterly all-company presentation from our Senior Leadership team to communicate our strategic goals and initiatives during the year and the progress we have made towards them.

Wellbeing & COVID-19

Our active well-being team recognise the changes in the workplace that have been caused by the recent pandemic.

We have identified that those just beginning their career journeys have had their skill development interrupted, increased stress levels and a gap in the interaction that is a part of workplace collaboration.

To counter this we ensure managers understand the benefits of strengthened intergenerational relationships, dispel negative perceptions that could weaken engagement, and provide the time and resources needed to help motivate you and build confidence.

The sudden shift to home working forced by the COVID-19 crisis accelerated the completion of the digital transformation which was already well underway within our business.

Our agile working policy has enabled a culture of flexibility that many workers were already seeking before the start of the pandemic.
